<br />municipal corporation, party of the second part.

<br />~ WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of$1.00 and other valuable considerations in hand paid by
<br />~ the said party of the second part, said parties of the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the
<br />Q second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a public road and highway and for
<br />~ underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances under and across the following described property in
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota:

<br />THE EASTERLY 16.5 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 49.5 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29, /J
<br />RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA LYING SOUTHERLY OF THE RECORDED
<br />PLAT OF WHITE OAK HILLS NO.2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE AND OF RECORD
<br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER.
<br />
<br />which easement shall include the perpetual rights of said City ofRoseville, its successors or assigns, to grade,
<br />level, fill, drain, pave, build, maintain, and rebuild or widen a public road or highway, together with such
<br />culverts, cuts, or ditches as may be necessary, and to construct, maintain, operate and repair underground
<br />utility mains, pipes and appurtenances over and across a strip of land hereinbefore described, together with
<br />perpetual easement for ingress and egress, all without additional compensation.
<br />
<br />TO HA VB AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
<br />
