Parker <br />Advance Surveying and Engineering Co. <br />5300 Highway 101 <br />Minnetonka, MN 55345 <br /> <br />RE: RUNOFF CALCULATIONS-LAKERIDGE HEALTH CARE PARKING LOT <br />EXP ANSION <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Parker: <br /> <br />I received your runoff calculations for the Lakeridge Health Care facility dated August 6, 1997. <br />My understanding is that the runoff calculations are for a plan that is currently being revised to <br />satisfy neighborhood concerns. <br /> <br />Please be aware that the City has the following requirements for the final design: <br /> <br />1. The existing runoff rate from the site for a 10-year storm must not change under post- <br />development conditions. <br /> <br />2. The site must be designed in such a manner that it will be capable of storing the runoff <br />produced in a 100-year storm event.
