<br />10. Information which must be submitted for all applications: <br /> <br />A. Application and Fee <br />B. 8-1/2 x 11" Site Plan showing property lines, and location of all <br />existing and proposed improvements. <br />C. Written approval from owners of adjacent or nearby properties <br />affected by the variance request. <br />D. Written statement from the applicant explaining why the variance is <br />necessary and what hardships are present. <br /> <br />11. Application Process: <br /> <br />A. Applications and accompanying documents reviewed with Minor Variance <br />Committee. Minor Variance Committee makes recommendation to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />B. If Minor Variance Committee unanimously recommends approval of <br />variance, application then goes to City Council for final action. <br /> <br />C. If Minor Variance Committee does not unanimously recommend approval <br />or recommends denial, new application must be made for a normal <br />variance. <br /> <br />12.
