Delton E. Schirmer
1861 Victoria St. North
ROSeville MN 55113

city ofRoseville
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113

To whom it may concern,
I am submitting the enclosed drawing along with my building application for your approval. I am
not sure of my exact lot size and have listed them as approximates, once I have a building permit I
will have my property surveyed to ensure correct placement of this garage. The garage will be
built on a concrete slab and constructed out oflumber with aluminum or vinyl siding, with asphalt
shingles. The plan is to build the garage 24 feet by 40 feet with the height at the peak to be 15
feet, one 16 foot garage door on the east side and one standard "man door" also on the east side.
The garage will be located 30 feet ftom our west property line and 10 feet from the north
property line. Our existing driveway has a turn around or "horse shoe" aJready and the new
driveway will be completed in 1998. We do not plan on using the garage for daily use until we
have a driveway completed out of asphalt. This plan will require a variBnce with regards to the
driveway in order to get by the house I need to put the driveway up next to the north property
line for 50 to 60 feet. I have enclosed a letter from my neighbor stating he has no objection to this
driveway plan.

Thank You,

Delton Schirmer
