<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 8th day of December, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.9491 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />PA TRICIA HAL VERSON (NIPS, INC.) <br />REQUEST FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT AT <br />2075 SNELLING A VENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Patricia Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) has requested a comprehensive plan <br />amendment to change the designation of a .54 acre portion of a parcel from Business to <br />Medium Density Residential at 2075 Snelling Avenue North (PF2958); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on this <br />request on December 10, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has scheduled hearings on the City's 1998 <br />budget for Council meetings in December; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the request of Patricia Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) will not be submitted to <br />the City Council for action until January 12, 1998. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Patricia <br />Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) for a comprehensive plan amendment to change the designation <br />of a .54 acre portion of a parcel from Business to Medium Density Residential at 2075 <br />Snelling Avenue North, be extended for 60 days, from January 12. 1998. to March 12. <br />~ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Resolution 9491 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
