<br /> <br />September 22, 1995 <br /> <br />Residents of Halverson Property, <br />Units 1-4, <br />1643 Eldridge Avenue, <br />Roseville MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Residents, <br /> <br />Further to the open meeting here at City Hall on Monday September 18, I have been in contact <br />with the Roseville Post Office regarding the issuing of new addresses for your building. <br /> <br />We regret the inconvenience that this may cause you, but we feel that the need for a more logical <br />numbering system is of great importance to public safety. <br /> <br />It has been resolved that residents at 1643 Eldridge Avenue will be able to maintain this as their <br />postal address until March 1 1996, upon which time 2087 Samuel Street will take effect as their <br />new address. We hope that this will provide you with sufficient time to make the necessary <br />arrangements for mailing changes. Until that date it will be necessary for the owner to display <br />both addresses clearly for that building only. <br /> <br />We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
