In this <br />case, the house was placed back as far as possible without getting into unstable <br />soi I. Now, the need has arisen for additional garaging spac't, and an expansion of <br />the existing structure to the South would use the only practical space available. <br />This construction should prove more pleasing to the neighborhood than leaving a <br />vehicle parked in the driveway.
