D. <br />(Statement from owner) <br /> <br />As with most pie shaped cul-de-sac lots, construction width is a problem. In this <br />case, the house was placed back as far as possible without getting into unstable <br />soi I. Now, the need has arisen for additional garaging space, and an expansion of <br />the existing structure to the South would use the only practical space avai lable. <br />This construction should prove more pleasing to the neighborhood than leaving a <br />vehicle parked in the driveway. This is particularly true during our harsh <br />Minnesota winters. <br />
