<br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 02/23/98 <br />ITEM NO: C-l <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />Continuation of Bradley Real Estate, Inc. request for final plat <br />approval for a three lot subdivision, final development plan approval <br />for a planned unit development, and authorizing execution of a <br />Planned Unit Development /Subdivision Agreement for Roseville <br />Center (PF#2963). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />L!1 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />1.1 Bradley Real Estate, Inc. is requesting the following actions: 1) approval of the final <br />plat for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the intersection of Lexington <br />Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West; 2) approval of the final development <br />plan for a planned unit development on the above-referenced property (Roseville <br />Center); 3) rezoning of the above-referenced property from an SC, Shopping <br />Center, and B1, Limited Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development District; and <br />4) approval of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement for the project <br />and authorization for the Mayor and City Manager to execute the document on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />1.2 On February 9, 1998, the City Council continued action on these requests until <br />February 23, 1998. <br /> <br />1.3 Additional time is needed for preparation of the final Planned Unit Development/ <br />Subdivision Agreement, review by the City's attorney, and review by Bradley Real <br />Estate's attorney. <br /> <br />2JJ. SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />/0 <br />2.1.
