Variance is requested from the following section ofthe City Code: <br /> <br />B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not <br />conform with the City Code: <br /> <br />C. Explain the physical hardship that makes the variance necessary. <br /> <br />19. Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit, PUD, variance, division of lot, <br />or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices <br />to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate.
