This <br />portion of the right-of-way, which is adjacent to 797 Terrace <br />Drive and 801 Terrace Drive, is being vacated because the <br />curbline has been realigned in this area and there is no need <br />to retain this portion as public right-of-way. <br />The property is located adjacent to 797 Terrace Drive and 801 <br />Terrace Drive and is described as that part of Terrace Drive lying <br />Westerly and Northwesterly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 6, Kroiss <br />Lakeview Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence <br />Northerly along the West lot line of said Lot 5 a distance of 85.32 <br />feet; thence Westerly and perpendicular to said West lot I ine a <br />distance of 60.0 feet to the point of beginning of said Ii ne, said <br />point also being a point on the East lot line of Lot 19, Block 5 , of <br />said Kroiss Lakeview Second Addition; thence Northerly and <br />Northeasterly along a radius that runs perpendicular with and <br />measuring 60.0 feet in length from said Lot 5 to the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 16 of Said Block 5 and there terminating. <br />A location map for this request is on the back of this notice. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: <br />Wednesday, November 12,1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING: <br />.
