Establish a zoning subdistrict (spot zoning), such as a R-1a, in which <br />a specified set of home occupations are allowed on an individual <br />parcel after approval of the rezoning from R-1 to R-1 a. <br /> <br />4. Create a more limited home occupation category for a specific period <br />(1 to 3 years) with annual review. Such a permit does not run with the <br />land and is not transferable, nor is it considered a vested right at the <br />time of renewal. <br /> <br />5.
