Headquarters or dispatch centers where persons come to the <br />site and are dispatched to other locations. <br /> <br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this request on Wednesday, <br />September 9, 1998.
