<br />1004.01 <br /> <br />F. Residence Relocations: <br /> <br />1. Policy: It shall be the stated policy <br />of the City to maintain a harmonious <br />and high standard of residential devel- <br />opment and to protect such areas <br />from deleterious effects through en- <br />suring that both new and relocated <br />dwellings from other areas, both within* <br />the City and from outside, shall meet <br />specified requirements. G. <br /> <br />2. Relocations Permitted On Condi- <br />tion: Relocations of dwellings shall be <br />permitted in the zoning district where <br />all necessary specifications as to lot <br />sizes, setbacks, type of use, height <br />regulations and all other conditions as <br />laid down in this Title are met. (Ord. <br />275, 5-12-1959) <br /> <br />3. Relocation Permit Required; Appli- <br />cation: <br /> <br />a. Relocations shall require a relo- <br />cation permit from the City Council. <br />The applicant shall file an application <br />giving the legal description of the land <br />upon which the building is to be <br />moved, the nature of the building to <br />be moved, together with a certified <br />property search of property owners <br />within two hundred fifty feet (250') of <br />the new location and pay a fee ac- <br />cording to Section 1014.03 of this <br />Title. The applicant shall be accompa- <br />nied by a written consent and approv- <br />al of at least fifty percent (50%) of the <br />property owners within two hundred <br />fifty feet (250') of the relocation. Restrictions: Permitted home occu- <br />pations shall not be conducted in any <br />building on the premises other than <br />the building which is used by the oc- <br />cupant as the private dwelling, and <br />not more than one room may be used <br />for such purposes.
