<br />c. The home occupation shall be clearly incidental and secondary to the <br />use of the dwelling for residential purposes. Exterior alterations or <br />modifications that change the residential character or appearance of <br />the dwelling shall not be allowed. Interior alterations or modifications <br />that eliminate the kitchen, living room, all of the-bedrooms, or all of <br />the bathrooms of the dwelling shall not be allowed. <br /> <br />d. Ext&rigr ~t9rag& Pl=gl::1ibit&d: There shall be no exterior display or ~ <br />storage of equipment or materials used in the operation of the <br />~&ri:RiU&d home occupation. <br /> <br />e. The required off-street parking for the residential use shall not be <br />reduced or made unusable by the home occupation. The home <br />occupation shall not cause more than two additional vehicles to be <br />parked on or near the property at anyone time. <br /> <br />f. Shipment or delivery of products, merchandise or supplies shall be <br />by single rear axle straight trucks or similar delivery vehicles normally <br />used to serve residential neighborhoods. <br /> <br />g. Signage for the home occupation shall be subject to the requirements <br />of Section 1009.04(A)(1) of the City Code. <br /> <br />h. The operation of the home occupation, as it is apparent to adjacent <br />residential uses and including the movement of business vehicles, <br />shall begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and end no later than 8:00 p.m <br /> <br />i. There shall be no indication of offensive odors, audible noise, <br />vibration, dust, or heat beyond the boundaries of the residential lot <br />occupied by the home occupation. <br /> <br />~~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />j. <br /> <br />Multiple home occupations are allowed, provided the cumulative <br />affect of all home occupations conduCted in the dwelling shall not <br />exceed the standards contained herein. <br /> <br />k. <br /> <br />Pr9l:1ibit&Q ~9i:R9 1_li&i: p&r:r:RitWQ 1:19i:R& 9~IoI~ati9Ri il:1all Rgt iRQlloIQe <br />aRY 9f tR& f9I1g,....iRg: The fOllowing activities shall be prohibited as <br />home occupations: <br /> <br />1. The operation of any wholesale or retail business unless it is <br />conducted entirely by mail and does not involve the sale, <br />shipment or delivery of merchandise on the premises. The <br />sale of products incidental to the delivery of a service is <br />allowed (such as the sale of computer discs by a computer <br />software consultant). <br /> <br />2.
