Retail Sale~ Home occupations allowing retail sales or employment of persons <br />other than the members of the household residing on the premises may be permitted by <br />conditional use permit if the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />(1) Such occupation is canied on in the principal building. <br /> <br />(2) Not more than twenty five (25) percent of the gross floor area of the residence is used <br />for this p~se. <br /> <br />(3) No articles for sale shall be displayed so as to be visible from any street. <br /> <br />(4) No mechanical or elec1rical equipment is used if the operation of such equipment <br />interferes unreasonably with the desired residential environment of the neighborhood <br />or if the health and safety of the residents is endangered. <br /> <br />(5) Such occupation generates more than two (2) vehicles at one time. <br /> <br />(8) Such occupation does not provide off-street parking. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Compliance.., Existing uses shall comply with these provisions within six (6) <br />months following enactment of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 1300:733. Mini'l\e and Extraction. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Pu(pose. The purpose of this section is to control mining and extraction and gravel <br />operations so as to minimize conflicts with adjacent land uses and to ensure that the mining <br />area is restored at the completion of the mining operation. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Administration. <br /> <br />(1) .eermit Review. A conditional use permit shall be required for aU m.ining and gravel <br />operations. Said permit shall be valid for a three (3) year period, after which a permit <br />renewal shall be required. All existing operations sball obtain a permit within three <br />(3) years after the date of operation of this Ordinance.
