<br />NOV 05 '97 11:58 <br /> <br />P.5/6 <br /> <br />S1302.120 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />11302.120 <br /> <br />6) The home occupation shall meet all applicable fire and building codes. <br /> <br />7) There shall be no exterior display or exterior signs or interior display or interior signs <br />which are visible from outside the dwelling with the exception of directional and identifica- <br />tionlbusiness signs to ~e exte,nt authorized by the City's Sign Code. <br /> <br />8) All home occupations shall comply with the provisions of the City Nuisance Ordinance. <br /> <br />9) No home occupation shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 AM. <br />unless said occupation is contained entirely within the principal building and will not <br />require any on-street parking facilities. <br /> <br />10) Commercial vehicles utilized in the home occupation shall be stored according to Section <br />1302.030. Subd. 15. EXter:ior Storage, and Section 1302.050, Off--5treet Parking <br />Requirements. (Ret:Ord. 871, e~9-92) <br /> <br />b) Reauirements-Registered Home Occupation. The Zoning Administrator is authorized to waive <br />the permit requirement if the home occupation can be conducted subject to the following <br />restrictions: <br /> <br />1) No goods or services shall be produced or provided which require customers or clients <br />to visit the premises. <br /> <br />2) The home occupation shall be conducted entirely within the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />3) No signs shall be permitted on or off the premises. <br /> <br />4) No person other than those who customarily reside on the premises shall be employed. <br /> <br />5) No commercial vehicles shall be utilized in conducting the home occupation, with the <br />exception of pick up or deliv~~ ~f materials by parcel delivery ,services. <br /> <br />6) In addition to 1 through 5 above, the home ocCupation shall be conducted in compliance <br />with the standards of Subdivision 4 a), General Provisions, of this Section. Where the <br />provisions are found to conflict, the more restrictive standard shall apply. <br /> <br />(Ref. Ord. No. 908; 4/12/94) <br /> <br />c) Reauirements - Permitted Home Occupations. <br /> <br />1) No person other than those who customarily reside on the premises shall be employed. <br /> <br />2) All permitted home occupations shall be conducted entirely within the principal dwelling <br />and may not be conducted in accessory buildings. <br /> <br />3) Pennitted home occupations shall not create a parking demand in excess of that which <br />can be accommodated in an existing driveway, where no vehicle is parked closer than <br />fifteen (15) feet from the curb line or edge of paved surface. <br /> <br />306 <br /> <br />Revised 4/12/94 <br />
