<br />Dear Mr. Chute:

<br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a variance at
<br />2416 Lexington Avenue North. The application for the request has been accepted as
<br />complete and a public hearing before the Planning Commission has been scheduled for
<br />Wednesday, December 10, 1997. The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled to
<br />begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Roseville's City HaU, 2660 Civic Center
<br />Drive. A notice of public hearing was sent to adjacent property owners on November 25,
<br />1997, and published in The Focus on Wednesday, November 25,1997.

<br />Copies of the Planning Commission agenda and the Request for Planning Commission
<br />Action for your request are enclosed. In order for your request to be considered by the
<br />Planning Commission, you or your representative must attend this meeting to review
<br />the request and answer any questions.
