EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the twenty-fifth day of August 2014, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and McGehee; the following abstained: Roe; the following were absent: None. Councilmember McGee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION# 11172 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF DAN WALL TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, Kelly Quam served as a Board Member for the Roseville Housing&Redevelopment Authority(RHRA) for a term that expires September 23, 2014, and WHEREAS, Ms. Quam is not seeking reappointment to the RHRA so there is a vacancy and WHEREAS, On August 18, the Council interviewed four candidates for appointment to the RHRA, and WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the appointment to the RHRA board of resident Dan Wall with a term expiring September 23, 2019; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council approves the Mayor's appointment of Dan Wall to the Roseville HRA Board. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: Willmus and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
