On <br />Monday, December 8, 1997, the City Council approved your request for a minor <br />subdivision to subdivide the 3.6 acre parcel into two parcels. <br /> <br />The survey that was submitted to my office, which was prepared by Carley-Torgersen, Inc. <br />and dated August 29, 1997, conforms to the minor subdivision approved by the City and <br />may be recorded.
