At the same time we have <br />reduced the size of the single family detached home and lowered the estimated sales price to <br />approximately $120,000. The Village Homes are one level with approximately 1,250 sq, ft. <br /> <br />We have developed the plan to function in two phases. The first phase allows for the continued <br />use of the Community Center.
