Attached for City Council review is a draft Request for Proposal for the Roseville Activity <br />Center site. The draft RFP expands on the outline previously presented to the City <br />Council and incorporates the comments that have been received at the November 21, 1994 <br />City Council Work Session. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. City staff recommends that the City Council approve the Request for Proposal for release. <br />According to the schedule that is outlined in the draft Request for Proposals, the deadline <br />for submitting proposals would be January 20, 1995. It is anticipated that the Council will <br />review the proposals at the February Work Session, with final selection occurring during <br />the month of March 1995. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
