Donut proper-ties immediately to our south that are large and placed on their respective front property lines, these variances are needed for acceptable visability from Snelling Avenue using a sign of only 12u sq. ft. facing. B. ~e have completely redesigned the already recognizab:e Arby's building to one that will offer greater customer convenience.
