<br />This letter is a request for data pursuant to the referenced state statute. Everest
<br />Development, Ltd., and Ham1ine Avenue Properties, LLC, ("EverestfHamline") request
<br />that the City of Roseville allow them, through their undersigned designee, to inspect all
<br />data collected, crea.ted, received, maintained, produced or disseminated by the City of
<br />Roseville relating to:
<br />
<br />(1) My documents or data produced in whole or in part by Community Development
<br />Director Dennis Welsch, o( received by Deruris Welsch, concerning the potential use
<br />and/o( development of EverestJHamline's real property located on Harnline Avenue north
<br />of the Roseville branch library, and/or the Brown Wilbert Co. property located at the
<br />southeast comer of Hamline Avenue/Highway 36, for any commercial, office, industrial,
<br />residential, public, or other purposes, during the period January 1, 1995, to the present
<br />
<br />(2) Any documents or data produced by any other City of Roseville staff or received
<br />by them, concerning the potential use and/or development of Everest'HamJine's real
<br />property located on Hamline Avenue north of the Roseville branch library, and/or the
<br />Brown Wilbert Co. pwperty located at the southeast comer of Hamline AvenuelHighway
<br />36, for any commercial, office, industrial, residential, public or other purposes, during the
<br />period January 1, 1995, to the present.

<br />(3) Any documents or data reflecting communications between City of Roseville staff
<br />and the Ramsey County Library Board, the Ramsey County Library staff. the Ramsey
<br />County Board of Commissioners, the Ramsey County property management staff, the
<br />Ramsey County Attorney's staff, the Metropolitan Council, the Brown Wilbert Co.
<br />and/or its representatives, the Minnesota Land Trust and/or its representatives, and/or any
<br />other third parties, concerning the potential use and/or development of EverestIHamline's
<br />real property located on Hamline Avenue north of the Roseville branch library, and/or the
<br />Brown Wilbert Vault Company property located at the southeast corner of Hamline
<br />A venue/Highway 36, during the period January I, 1995, to the present.
