Also <br />enclosed is our check in the amount of $750.00 for the application fee. and an <br />Abstractor's Certificate (and corresponding mailing labels) with the names of all property <br />owners within a 350 foot radius of the property. <br /> <br />Please call me at 636-5500 if you have any questions or concerns regarding this <br />application, and to let me know when the application win scheduled for consideration by <br />the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />Given the history of the City ofRoseville's actions and conduct regarding Everest and the <br />subject property over the past ten years or so, we submit this application with no real <br />expectation that it will be considered and processed fairly and without bias.
