(z!j Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use pennit, PUD, variance, division of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices to all of the affected property owners.
