Change building from 2080 w/1152 sf playplace to 2060 w/1536 sf playplace which should <br />yield 75 seats in dining room and 70 seats in play area. <br /> <br />2. Create utility easement for water service at NW corner of McDonald's property to NW corner <br />of KFC property just west of west property lines. <br /> <br />3. Create public safety easement crossing McDonald's to serve property to west. <br /> <br />4. Attach enclosed trash area to building. <br /> <br />5. Add 6' solid wood fence to west property line. <br /> <br />6. Delete parking in front of playland. <br /> <br />7. Narrow drive line north of building; widen drive lane west of building. <br /> <br />8. Maintain building size at less than 5,000 sf as measured at liS wall dimensions.
