There will be an open house at the animal hospital on <br />Saturday, January 31, 1998, between the hours of2 and 4 PM. You are cordially invited <br />to stop by the animal hospital during those hours to discuss the variance. <br /> <br />The St Francis Animal Hospital building currently has a zero setback on the rear (north) <br />lot line and approximately a one foot setback on the west lot line where a steel utility <br />shed stands. <br /> <br />We propose to replace the steel utility shed with a permanent concrete block addition. <br />The variance will allow us to build on the west lot line and gain about one foot of <br />additional space over the present structure. The animal hospital is in need of additional <br />usable space and there is no other viable option. <br /> <br />We have worked the past few years at improving the appearance ofthe animal hospital <br />and grounds.
