<br />17. <br /> <br />For Relocation of Dwelling: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~VT 1+t"I~ <br /> <br />r. <br /> <br />A. <br />B. <br /> <br />The legal description for the land upon which the building is to be moved. <br />The application shall be accompanied by a written consent and approval of at least <br />50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the relocation. <br /> <br />IS, For Variance: <br /> <br />A. Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit, PUD, variance, division oflot, <br />or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices <br />to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and explain the <br />proposed development to the nearby property owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-I through R-S, is listed on the <br />Abstractor's Certificate. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property <br />owners: ~'( A-,""l!~ <br /> <br />20. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required.
