Sale of parts. Speed limits equal to or less than 35 mph and <br />stationary run-up tests (for vehicles with governed engines), <br />for vehicles manufactured on or after January 1, 1978. For <br />stationary run-up tests on all-paved surfaces, add 2 dBA. <br />D.
