Outdoor and exterior sto'fage <br />or sales display shall be prohibited, and no accessory buildings shall be allowed on the site. <br /> <br />9.8 Landscaping. Landscaping shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the <br />approved. landscape plan (Exhibit B). In general, all areas ofland not occupied by buildings, <br />driveways, and/or parkinglloading areas 5hall be landscaped with vegetative material <br />approved by the Community Development Director. Trees and large shrubs shall not be <br />planted over existing utility lines. <br /> <br />9.9 Land..'icQr;e Letter of Credit. Prior to the commencement of site development activities by <br />the DEVELOPER, the DEVELOPER shall have posted with the CITY a landscape letter of <br />credit or other security acceptable to the City in an amount equal to 150% of the cost of all <br />site landscaping and site restoration, in accordance with Section l010.14E of the City Code, <br />The specific amount of this letter of credit or other secwity shall be detenni11ed by the <br />Community Development Director. following completion of plans. <br /> <br />9.10 Trash Handling. Trash handling shall be in accordance with Section 1010.11 of the City <br />Code, which requires trash collection a.reas to be within the building. Trash collection. <br />activities shall be restricted to normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday <br />thro'Ugh Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday). <br /> <br />9.11 Off-.ftTeel Parking. Otf~street parlcing areas shall be imoroved as shown on the approved site <br />development plan (Exhibit B), and shall include hard surfacing (bituminous), concrete <br />perimeter cw'bing, and a drainage plan. Off-street parking areas shall be located west of any <br />buildings on the property (parcel A and B) and shall be set back a minimum of .lQ.feet from <br />the west (front) property line for the existing PW'cel B parking lott 15 feet from the west <br />(front) on all other parcels, 10 feet tram the side DroDertv lines (exceot 5 foet from the south <br />pronertv line of parcel B). and 20 feet from the east (rear) propel'ty line. No semi tractor/ <br />trailer, recreational vehicle, or trailer parking (daytime or evening) shall be allowed on the <br />site, except while delivering materials. <br /> <br />9.12 Cross Parking Easements. . Proof of parking must sh.own the site development plan, <br />which shows the location of all required p~king for ~~ 8500 5 uare foot building on the <br />. southern parcel. Cross parking easements m'USt be provided fo oth parcels and recorded <br />with the Ramsey County Rec:order.
