After the goals, <br />there is a listing of specific policies relating to the various facilities, land uses, and areas of <br />concern. These policies are the proposed methods of action the City will follow or use to <br />complete the stated goals. <br /> <br />VISION <br /> <br />Roseville shall be a community which has as its highest priority the quality oflife--both for those <br />who live here and for those who work here. RosevilIe shall be committed to preserve, promote, <br />and improve the beauty, vitality, safety, and serenity of the total environment in which its citizens <br />live and work. Further development of business and industry, shopping, transportation, housing, <br />entertainment, leisure and recreation opportunities shall be in harmony with the commitment <br />. RosevilIe has made to its environment and quality of life. <br /> <br />A.
