The examination of plans is based upon the supposition that the data on which the design is <br />based are correct, and that necessary legal authority has been obtained to construct the project. The <br />responsibility for the design of structural features and the efficiency of equipment must be taken by the project <br />designer. Approval is contingent upon satisfactory disposition of any requirements included with this report. <br /> <br />Water supply plans are examined with regard to the location, construction and operational features of the <br />design and maintenance of all parts of the system which may affect the safety and sanitary quality of the <br />water. Examination is based on the standards of this department. <br /> <br />This project consists of the installation of 93 lineal feet of 6-inch ductile iron watermain. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENT(S): NONE <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE: No construction shall take place except in accordance with the approved plans, If it is desired <br />to make deviations from the approved plans, the State Department of Health should be consulted and approval <br />of the changes obtained before construction is started; othelWise, such construction is installed without proper <br />approval, and in addition may create dangers to public health. <br /> <br />Authorization for construction in accordance with the approved plans may be withdrawn if construction is not <br />undertaken within a period of two years.
