Cleveland Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 551i3 <br /> <br />RE: Request for final approval of PUD Agreement and zoning map change from R-l to <br />Business-Planned Unit Development on property located at 3090 Cleveland Avenue North <br />rPF29861 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. And Mrs. Schreier: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for final approval of your <br />POD Agreement and consequent zoning map change from R-l to Business-PUD on property at <br />3090 Cleveland Avenue North. <br /> <br />On Monday, Pebruary 8, 1999, the City Council approved your request for final approval of the <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement. The Council also approved an ordinance amending the <br />Zoning Map from R-l, single family residential, to B-PUD, a business based planned unit <br />development, subject to: <br /> <br />a. Pinal completion of a Certificate of Survey for the B-PUD area, of the property <br />lines and all existing site improvements; <br />b. Grading and drainage plan illustrating existing grades and those proposed after <br />completion of the proposed construction, drainage directions, spot elevations, <br />catch basins for surface water catchment; <br />c. Complete Landscape Plan with materials list, sizes and locations of all planat <br />materials; <br />d. Building elevations, first and second floor plans with all dimensions; and building <br />materials identified on the building plans; <br />e. Paving and parking plan illustrating all existing and proposed paved parking <br />spaces, parking curbs, loading areas, sidewalks, and future expansion and/or proof <br />of parking spaces; <br />f. Signage plan illustrating all signage areas to be located on the building and the <br />location and design details for the freestanding monument sign; and, <br />g. Pinal review of all documents by the City Attorney for the property located at 3090 <br />Cleveland Avenue North, as officially described in the approved Certificate of <br />Survey. <br />
