Cleveland Avenue Roseville, Minnesota 551i3 RE: Request for final approval of PUD Agreement and zoning map change from R-l to Business-Planned Unit Development on property located at 3090 Cleveland Avenue North rPF29861 Dear Mr. And Mrs. Schreier: The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for final approval of your POD Agreement and consequent zoning map change from R-l to Business-PUD on property at 3090 Cleveland Avenue North. On Monday, Pebruary 8, 1999, the City Council approved your request for final approval of the Planned Unit Development Agreement. The Council also approved an ordinance amending the Zoning Map from R-l, single family residential, to B-PUD, a business based planned unit development, subject to: a. Pinal completion of a Certificate of Survey for the B-PUD area, of the property lines and all existing site improvements; b. Grading and drainage plan illustrating existing grades and those proposed after completion of the proposed construction, drainage directions, spot elevations, catch basins for surface water catchment; c. Complete Landscape Plan with materials list, sizes and locations of all planat materials; d. Building elevations, first and second floor plans with all dimensions; and building materials identified on the building plans; e. Paving and parking plan illustrating all existing and proposed paved parking spaces, parking curbs, loading areas, sidewalks, and future expansion and/or proof of parking spaces; f. Signage plan illustrating all signage areas to be located on the building and the location and design details for the freestanding monument sign; and, g. Pinal review of all documents by the City Attorney for the property located at 3090 Cleveland Avenue North, as officially described in the approved Certificate of Survey.
