Thank you for making the requ~sted <br />changes. The following additional items should perhaps be further clarified in light of your discussions with <br />the Schreiers. <br /> <br />1. With respect to paragraph 2: The Developer's surveyor is preparing a legal description to <br />;. reflect the jog around the encroachment by the Schreiers' neighbor's house to the north of the PUD parcels. <br />~~~~I will forward the legal description, or have the Schreiers forward it, as soon as we receive it. <br /> <br />4~ <br /> <br />2. Vlith re:;pect ta par::lgmph 9,11: I understand that, in your discussions with the Schreiers about <br />"4( the set-back of off-street parking rrom the west (rront) property line, you agreed to go with the actual, <br />~fP' presently-existing set-back based on Mr. Schreier's belief that it was "about 10 feet." I recommend that we <br />~.p.4" identity the existing set-back and state it in the PUD to avoid any misunderstanding later as to any difference <br />~~ there ~~ht be between the stated 10-foot set-back and the actual set-back measurement. <br />~~. <br />J ~~ 4. With respect to paragraph 9. 14: It is my understanding rrom talking with the Schreiers that they <br />'-"Ycould place a monument sign on the property and/or wall sign on the building, ,For clarification, please replace <br />the comma between "sign" and "wall" in the secohd line with "and/or".
