The second site plan I have submitted is a concept plan for <br />combination parking. <br /> <br />The drainage plan and calculations contain the volume with a pond in the northwest <br />comer of our lot, with a resulting rate comparable to present levels. If the combination <br />parking plan is approved, small modifications in the landscape plan (submitted) can be <br />made. <br /> <br />The elevation shows examples of new entrances.
