The request is being made in order to <br />~~ accommodate a prospective tenant (Grand Cleaners). No other significant changes <br />, ' V\.. to the site are proposed at this time. LLC owns the 6.5 acre parcel located at 1682-1754 Lexington <br />["\' r!: i \ Avenue North. The property is currently occupied by a 96,000 square foot multi- <br />\) ~ tenant shopping center in two buildings. The property is designated as Business <br /> <br />Adjacent land uses include a combination of commercial and residential to the <br />~ h.i~orth, residential to the east, commercial to the south across Larpenteur Avenue <br />~ ~ ,I' 0 West, and commercial to the west across Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />\,9-1\> 11)12.2 This property is located in Planning District 14.
