Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 27th day of April, 1998 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke. Maschka, Mastel, and Wall; and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />I nGtru If :l--' <br />RESOLUTION .NO. 9542 Ft!1rw fIte ~t:\ $l) <br />Reccopy 2.. .......-_ <br />AMENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Cer copy <br />TO' ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSION OF A DAY CARE FACI ~ _ <br />AT 1875 PERIMETER DRIVE N by/., <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Miniapple International Montessori has requested an amendment to an <br />existing conditional use permit to allow the expansion of a day care facility (for total building <br />area of 8.615 feet) for property located at 1875 Perimeter Drive and legally described as: <br /> <br />A The Easterly 107 feet of th.e Westerly 919 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Rosedale Center <br />2nd Addition, subject to and together with the benefits and burdens of a joint <br />. driveway easement recorded as Document No. 1807931 (PIN 092923310002). <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Section 1005.03(8)(7) of the Roseville City dode identifies day care <br />centers as a conditional use in a 8-1 B zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Rosaville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br />request on Wednesday. April 8, 1998 and recommended approval of the requested <br />conditional use permit subject to conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on April 27, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The expansion of the day care facility as proposed will have a minimal impact on <br />traffic in the area. Although the use ofthe property will not be changing, the number <br />of children being served by the facility will increase.
