This property is located in a B1-B, Limited <br />Retail District. Daycare facilities are allowed as a conditional use in this zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />In November 1993, the City granted a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a day care facility in the 3800 square foot building on the property. <br />In April 1998, the City granted an amended conditional use permit to allow the <br />expansion of the facility.
