This property is located in a B1-B, Limited <br />Retail District. Daycare facilities are allowed as a conditional use in this zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />In November 1993, the City granted a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a day care facility in the 3800 square foot building on the property. <br />In April 1998, the City granted an amended conditional use permit to allow the <br />expansion of the facility. The approved expansion allows the construction of a <br />4,815 square foot addition, which will bring the total building area to 8,615 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />A copy of Resolution 9542, Amending a Conditional Use Permit to Allow for the <br />Expansion of a Day Care Facility at 1875 Perimeter Drive, is enclosed for your <br />information.
