EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVJLLE Pursuant to due cali and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1998 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION TO ALLOW FOR AN AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (EAGLECREST) PRESBYTERIAN HOMES HOUSING AND ASSISTED LIVING, INC. (2965 Lincoln Drive, Roseville; PF 2995) Legal description: See Attachment "A" WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, inc., 2965 Lincoln Drive, Roseville, has requested an amendment to a Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest), to allow for the increase in square footage of the building proposed for the northwest corner from 26.500 square feet to 32,900 square feet to allow for the construction of a re-designed 36-unit dementia facility; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request on Wednesday, April 8, 1998 and recommended approval of the requested Amendment to a Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest) for Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc., subject to conditions as listed hereafter, and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation on April 27, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: 1. The use of the property for a one-story 36-unit assisted care housing facility for senior is consistent with master site plan approved in 1993 for this planned unit development. 2.
