<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />27th day of April, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />PRESBYTERIAN HOMES HOUSING AND ASSISTED LIVING, INC. <br />REQUEST TO AMEND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (EAGLECREST) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, Inc., 2965 Lincoln Drive, <br />Roseville, has requested an amendment to a Planned Unit Development (EagleCrest), to <br />increase the square footage of the building proposed for the northwest comer from 26,500 <br />square feet to 32,900 square feet to allow for the construction of are-designed 36-unit <br />dementia facility; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request <br />on April 8, 1998, and made a recommendation regarding the request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that City Council action on the request at the <br />Council meeting of April 27, 1998; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Presbyterian Homes <br />Housing and Assisted Living, Inc. for an amendment to a planned unit development, be <br />extended for up to 60 days, from May 8. 1998 to July 8. 1998 to allow time for the City <br />Attorney, Finance Director and other staff to complete a review and update of the College <br />Properties Development Agreement as it applies to this amended site plan. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution_- Page 1 of 2 <br />
