<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27'h of April, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF DELLWOOD STREET <br />FROM COUNTY ROAD B-2 SOUTH TO HIGHWAY 36 <br />(Between the Roseville Area High School property <br />and the Grace Church property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public <br />hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Roseville <br />should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of poor conditions and repairs needed for said <br />street and current usage of said street, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates a portion of the right-of-way known as Dellwood Street from <br />the southerly edge of the County Road B-2 right-of-way approximately 600 feet south to <br />the northerly edge of the Highway 36 right-of-way (between the Roseville Area High <br />School property and the Grace Church property). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
