County of Ramsey. Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of December 1999, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall <br />And the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9714 <br />Resolution Approving City of RosevilIe Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Use for Two <br />T ownhomes in the City of St Anthony. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Roseville has been asked by Mendota Homes to allow the use of its <br />municipal sanitary sewer and watermain for the purpose of servicing to two townhomes located <br />in the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these two lots are generally located directly adjacent to Old Highway 8, legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2. Block 1, Roseville Commons West, City of St. Anthony. Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has approved the provision of Roseville sanitary sewer <br />and water to the two lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the utilities will be located in a 30 foot wide private utility easement. installed, <br />owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome Association, and/or its successors. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville (the "City"). Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the use of Roseville municipal sanitary <br />sewer and watermain for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1. Roseville Commons West. in the City of St. <br />Anthony, be approved. subject to: <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />A. Provision of a 30-foot wide utility easement on the southerly portion (running east west) <br />of the parcel. <br /> <br />B. Utilities being installed, owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome <br />Association and/or its successor(s). <br /> <br />Page lof2 <br />
