The application shall be accompanied by a \\-TItten consent and approval of at least <br />50% of the property owners within 250 feel of the relocation. <br /> <br />18. For Variance: <br /> <br />A. Variance is req..~sted from the following section of the City Code: <br /> <br />B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not <br />conform with the City Code: <br /> <br />C. Explain the physical hardship thai makes the variance necessary. <br /> <br />19.
