Box 416 Forest Lake, MN 55025 RE: Application for Phase" of Planned Unit Development in Roseville Dear John: The purpose of this letter is to inform you that your application for Phase II of a Planned Unit Development in Roseville (Wirth Companies property on Old Highway 8) is being returned, This application was originally submitted in March, accepted as complete on April 13th, and scheduled for a hearing (concept development plan approval) at the May 27th Planning Commission meeting. On May 18th, you faxed us a letter asking that the . public hearing be postponed for 60 days until your financial plans could be completed. It was the our understanding that you would contact either Dennis Welsch or me when you were ready to proceed with concept development plan approval for this project. Since neither of us have heard from you further regarding this request, the request has not been placed on a Planning Commission agenda. Because of the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the City cannot keep the application on file indefinitely without taking action. For this reason, your application materials are being returned to you. The application fee of $750 was receipted on May 4, 1998; however, a request to refund this fee to you is currently being processed through the City's Finance Department.
