The reason for the variance request is that current zoning setback <br />restrictions would cause a hardship. <br /> <br />The Jenkins propose to build a garage at the end oftheir driveway. The current zoning <br />sebacks would prevent this improvement. The proposed variance would not deviate from <br />the general setbacks actually existing in the neighborhood. <br /> <br /> <br />r variance request being sought by the Jenkins. <br />
