Soil condition should be verified to assure that the quality of the soil can handle the new <br />constructed home. If modifications are required, proper documentation must be <br />submitted. <br /> <br />. All air conditioning units must be located in the rear yard of the house. <br /> <br />. Utility meters shall be screened from street view with locations identified on the plans. <br /> <br />. The neighboring property and adjacent public streets shall be kept free of construction <br />debris at all times. The construction site shall be maintained so not to become a <br />nuisance.
