Pheneger <br />2431 Churchill Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113-3317 <br /> <br />r -:sboCf <br />4~~ <br /> <br />RE: STREET RECONSTRUCTION, CITY PROJECT P-98-02-31 <br /> <br />Dear Lyle and Alvina Pheneger: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Churchill Street, the City will have the contractor <br />remove and replace the boulevard portion of residential driveways. The City Engineering <br />Department has examined all driveways for code compliance and existing and proposed grades. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into compliance with City Code <br />during a permanent street upgrading. Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from <br />neighboring property lines. Currently, the north edge of your driveway is less than five feet from <br />your north property line. In order to comply with City Code, this must be rebuilt to a point <br />five feet south of your north property line as depicted in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />You may apply to vary trom City Code by applying for a "minor variance." I have enclosed an <br />application for a minor variance if you would prefer this option.
