<br />rental housing industry, neighborhood block captains, and others groups as needed. <br /> <br />3.0 REPORT and DEADLINES <br /> <br />The Task Force work shall begin after the appointment process has been completed by <br />the City Council. The first task force meeting will be held in June, 1998. An interim work <br />session meeting with the City Council will be scheduled for mid-September, 1998. The <br />Task Force should complete its work by the end of November, 1998. Final presentation <br />of the report to the Planning Commission and City Council is tentatively scheduled for <br />December, 1998. <br /> <br />4.0 SELECTION OF TASK FORCE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />The members of the Task Force will be selected by the City Council based on the <br />previously adopted City of Roseville committee Icommission selection process. <br /> <br />5.0 COMPOSITION OF TASK FORCE <br /> <br />The members of the Task Force shall be residents, housing owners or managers from the <br />City of Roseville or others as appointed by the Council. <br /> <br />6.0 TASK FORCE CHAIR <br />At the third meeting of the Task Force, a chairperson will be selected by the Task Force <br />and recommended to the City Council for confirmation. <br /> <br />7.0 STAFF ASSISTANCE <br />The staff liaison to the Task Force will be assigned by the City Manager. <br /> <br />3 <br />
