EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * . * * . * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of June, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Wall and the following members were absent: None Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9554 A RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY AND ROADWAY EASEMENTS WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO MILTON STREET WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 27, 1998, to determine whether or not said utility and roadway easements in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land and road alignment, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said utility and roadway easements; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that utility and drainage easements within and adjacent to Milton Street as described in Exhibit A (attached hereto), contingent upon the dedication of new replacement utility and roadway easements granted by the developer to the City and said new replacement easements to be made a part of the new plat, Bonnie's Estates; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that new replacement utility and roadway easements, as described in Bonnie's Estates Plat, are hereby accepted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Wall Resolution 9554 - Page 1 of 2
